语法第09讲 there be 句型

there be 句型的专项讲练。先讲清楚它为什么难，再给规则、列出中国学生最常犯的错，配错误与正确句子的逐条对照，最后给可直接执行的练习动作。

there be 句型——这条规则学生大多「听过」，却很少真正用对。原因往往不在记性，而在于汉语和英语在这里的底层逻辑不一样。这一讲把它拆开讲透。

汉语说「有」，英语却要用 there be 而不是 have，学生直译成 The classroom has many students 这类中式表达。

there be 表示「某处存在某物」，be 的单复数跟后面的名词一致，遵循就近原则；表示拥有关系时才用 have。

用 have 表达存在，或 there be 的单复数跟着最前面的名词走。

错：The room has a lot of people.

对：There are a lot of people in the room.

为什么：存在用 there be。

错：There is two books on the desk.

对：There are two books on the desk.

为什么：be 跟着最近的复数名词。

错：There is a pen and two books.

对：There is a pen and two books.

为什么：就近原则，最近的是 a pen，用 is（原句正确）。

① 分清「拥有」还是「存在」，再决定 have 还是 there be。

② 把 there be 后面第一个名词圈出来决定单复数。

③ 描述自己的房间，全部用 there be。

今天就做一件事：在自己最近写的一段英文里，专门找一遍和「there be 句型」有关的句子，按上面的规则逐句改。改不动的地方，说明规则还没吃透，回头再读一遍。
